Get Started

Serving Staten Island families since 2008, our process begins with one step: a diagnostic assessment. Before placement, before enrollment, before scheduling we establish clarity. The diagnostic removes guesswork and defines what matters most for your child’s exam or academic goal.
STEP 1: Diagnostic Assessment
The diagnostic is aligned to the specific test or course objective. It establishes:
• Current performance baseline
• High-value skill gaps
• Recurring execution errors
• Timing and pacing patterns
• Readiness for small group or 1-on-1 placement
This determines instructional direction.

STEP 2: Academic Roadmap
Following the diagnostic, families receive a structured placement recommendation and defined plan of action, including:
• Program selection
• Instruction format
• Weekly structure
• Initial focus priorities
Placement is based on data and readiness—not grade alone.

STEP 3: Structured Enrollment
Once enrolled, students begin on a written weekly plan built around our instructional system:
Diagnose → Target → Train → Track
Families receive measurable checkpoints and regular progress visibility.
Who This Is For
This process is designed for families who value structure, accountability, and measurable academic improvement. It is best suited for students preparing for high-stakes exams or seeking disciplined academic acceleration.
Instruction Formats
• Small groups capped at six students
• Limited 1-on-1 instruction
• In-person and online options available
