Every student begins with a placement diagnostic aligned to their goal. From there, we create a written weekly plan that prioritizes the highest-impact skills first.

• Diagnose: Identify skill gaps, pacing breakdowns, and recurring error patterns.

• Target: Focus on the areas that will move performance most efficiently.

• Train: Practice deliberately under structured timing with guided correction.

• Track: Provide concise progress updates outlining improvements and next priorities.

 

Sessions are supportive and focused. Small groups allow personal attention. One-on-one instruction offers deeper customization. Students are challenged appropriately — and encouraged consistently.
